The Crane 4000 Series door from Crane Revolving Door™, a DORMA Entrance Systems company, provides the elegance and clean styling of glass and metal to create an aesthetically appealing, functional entryway ideal for office buildings, retail establishments and other high-end applications. The revolving door provides a unified look with the sleek lines and modern appearance of increasingly popular structural glass storefronts and glass building exteriors.

The 4000 Series door is fully customizable to meet virtually any entryway need. A wide assortment of accessories, ornamentation and custom configurations help create a door that complements the originality of the building’s exterior design.

The 4000 Series door is available with a standard eight-foot outer diameter, but can be customized up to a 10-foot outer diameter. Curved floor grates in pie shapes, quarter radians or arcs are available. Optional ceiling lights, consisting of a translucent lens and snap-in trim ring that matches the door’s finish, can be flush-mounted in non-glass ceilings.

Standard push bars, in the same material and finish as the door, are available as a ½" x 1-1/2" rectangular bar or 1" diameter round bar and are mounted with through-bolts or concealed fasteners. Custom push bars can be designed with a 1-¼" maximum projection from the face of the door stile.

Crane 4000 Series doors are available in a variety of finishes to add aesthetic appeal, including stainless steel or bronze finishes with satin, fine satin, mirror, non-directional, and bead blast options. Or a customized finish can be selected to meet exact specifications.

Robustly engineered Crane 4000 Series doors are governed by precision-geared manual speed control. For safety and security, Crane’s patented Bookfold Collapse Lock prevents bookfolding during high winds or stack conditions unless an alarm is triggered.
